If you need help unzipping your files, use a search engine and search for “how do I unzip a .zip file”.  After that, support is not offered on individual embroidery machines, software or computers. Sew ChaCha does not accept responsibility for any projects gone wrong. Moreover, I would suggest doing a practice stitch of the design so you know what to expect.
