This is a cute tutu applique design from SewChaCha. It is a tutu hanging on a hanger with 3 areas where you can insert fabric to customize it. You will need to have an embroidery machine to be able to stitch this design. The following formats are available for download: pcs, dst, exp, hus, jef, pes, vip, vp3, and xxx. Please contact me if you need a different format than those listed. This design comes to fit in 3 hoop sizes: 4×4, 5×7 and 6×10. More sizes available upon request.
