Introducing Do Dah Dolls
Introducing Do Dah Dolls!
Over the last few years, I have created these dolls for my children and for babies of my friends. They are easy to hold and have a lot of sensory appeal. I have hand illustrated each book that goes along with the dolls.
What’s not to love!
The quick stitches are a new favorite! They are a quick way to add color to more space. And more, I love the texture they create!
Quick Stitches-A New Fave
Baby Quiet Book
Baby Quiet Book
Although time consuming, I love making books for babies with feel appeal. I’ve tried to come up with ways to cut back on some of the time-sucking elements like sewing the pages together and then flipping them right side out and stitching them again. I used Extra Firm Stabilizer on these. Felt would also work. Applique allows lots of fun fabric to be incorporated in the book. I love that there was an extra page at the end to add a mirror. Welcome to the world sweet Adeline!

Mini Animal Train Design Set
Mini Animal Train Design Set
Bibs are fun and easy to personalize. Start with some fabric and ribbon that you would like to incorporate. I found red corduroy in the depths of my fabric bin that I will be using on the back.
I stitched white flannel to the star fabric before I cut out the bib. My bib pattern is old and worn but I just keep using it! It’s a keeper!
Personalize the bib to your heart’s content! I have used my new Mini Animal Train Set.
A shout out to Kim at www.etsy.com/shop/LakeTimeCrafts for the suggestion for the mini animal train. You’re the best!
